Annual Covenant Monitoring

QICSS directors annually visit the properties for which we hold covenants

For example, on July 29, a group of QICSS directors caught an early ferry over to Cortes Island to visit the Linnaea Farm conservation covenant and carry out annual monitoring.

It was a sunny day and the group had an enjoyable time walking the 127 acre covenant covering 4 zones. QICSS co-holds the Linnaea Farm conservation covenant, which was established in 1999, in conjunction with The Land Conservancy. QICSS directors are responsible for annual monitoring and enforcement of the agreement.
